Return Policy

RETURNS

For Apparel, accessories, jewellery, fragrance, and all the products listed on website, customers can return only damaged or defective goods or  items which you did not order, in their original packing within 7 days of delivery. If the Seller verifies the damage, defect and/or error, you shall receive a replacement or a full refund for the Product. Customers will not be charged a return-processing fee in this case.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all FashionDownTown.Com and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without processing for refund.

Please note FashionDownTown.Com will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.

The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 15 business days upon receipt of return package, deducting any applicable return-processing fee.

All refunds will be made out through store credits



CANCELLATIONS


You may cancel an order immediately by contacting cc@fashiondowntown.com. If the order has been processed or shipped, the applicable order cancellation charges will be applied. These will be based on shipping and handling cost of the product and return processing fee to the Seller.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

  • You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order either by email help@fashiondowntown.com
  • On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will contact you after validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return and process your cancellation by analyzing the order Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order only if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.
