Return Policy

If you are a customer based in the India, you have the right to cancel your order with us also if there has been size issues (apparel and footwear only) or the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

  • You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order either by email cc@fashiondowntown.com or write to us at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department, Credo Market Creators Pvt Ltd, 207, Apollo Arcade, R.K Singh Marg, ParsiPanchayat Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai- 400069.
  • On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will contact you after validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return and process your cancellation by analyzing the order Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Credo Market Creators Pvt Ltd, 207, Apollo Arcade, R.K Singh Marg, Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai- 400069., and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
    1. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment
    2. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country/ State/ and City that the order was delivered to.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order only if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.

 

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all FashionDownTown.Com and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email cc@fashiondowntown.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without FashionDownTown.Com tags.

FashionDownTown.Com accepts returns with size issues only for :

  • Apparel
  • Foot wear

Only store credit will be given for such returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

  • Accessories
  • Beauty Products and Fragrances
  • Home Décor
  • Handbags
  • Hosiery
  • Intimates
  • Jewellery
  • Leather goods
  • Swimwear
  • Sunglasses
  • Wallets
  • Watches
  • Electronics
  • Perfumes
  • Makeup
  • Toys

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Please note FashionDownTown.Com will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.

All refunds will be made out through store credits

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at cc@fashiondowntown.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your FashionDownTown.Com account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for six months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To arrange a return, please email cc@fashiondowntown.com Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.
